This is one of my favorite go-to meals when I want something that’s easy to make, full of flavor, and high in plant protein.
Hibachi Tofu & Broccoli is a great example of how vegan meals can support your training without being complicated. You get solid protein from the tofu, fiber and micronutrients from the broccoli, and bold flavor that actually makes you look forward to eating it again.
Meals like this work because they’re simple, repeatable, and flexible. You can make them fresh, prep them ahead of time, or adjust portions based on your goals. That kind of consistency is what drives real results.
