Family, I have a Grief group I offer every month and the last 2 months no one has shown up. I KNOW Suffolk needs it. Here's some details: 1. It's in Suffolk at my office on Wilroy 2. It's $50pp/session once monthly on Thursdays 3. I've shared on Facebook and Instagram, the 2 main platforms I frequent (if you're on Facebook, check out Your Mental Health Matters business page for the videos) 4. 🔥 DAY 10 – WEALTHY WORDS 🔥 You’ve built your keynote. You know how to Touch, Teach, Toss, Top It Off, and leave a Tip. You know when to use your message—big stage, small group, or one-on-one. Now let’s talk about something just as powerful: 👉 How you talk about YOU. In our program, I teach this: - Words create worlds. - Conversation creates culture. - Language is loud. Today is the day you establish the proper wording for: • Who you are • What you do • When you do it Because the way you introduce yourself shapes the way people perceive your value. Here’s the shift 👇🏽 Yes, you are a coach. Yes, you are a speaker. Yes, you are an entrepreneur. But those words are saturated. Instead, use a wealth word: 🔥 EXPERT. For example: Instead of saying, “I’m a global speaker…” I say: “I am an Extreme Execution Expert that helps individuals in your organization maximize their potential.” See the difference? This is not your elevator pitch from earlier plays. This is you defining your position in your company. Every business has titles. And guess what? 👉 You are the business. Have your title. So your title should confidently start with: “I am a __________ Expert.” Execution Expert. Leadership Development Expert. Client Acquisition Expert. Confidence Building Expert. Culture Transformation Expert. Own it. 🔥 Replace Passive Words with Power Words: Instead of: • Trying → Executing • Helping → Equipping • Motivating → Activating • Working with → Partnering with • Teaching → Transforming • Consulting → Strategizing • Offering → Delivering Passive language shrinks authority. Power language builds positioning. 🎯 TODAY’S CHALLENGE: Make A Play In the comments, write: “I am a ________ Expert.” Then add one sentence describing the transformation you create. No shrinking. No soft language. No playing small. Because wealthy words create wealthy positioning. And how you define yourself determines how the market responds. I found this list of confident words online, see how you can incorporate them into your title and your elevator pitch when you speak about who you are and what you do.

🔥 DAY 7 – THE 3rd T: TOSS 🔥 (MLK Jr. Day Edition) You’ve touched hearts. You’ve taught a clear principle. Now comes the moment that separates good speakers from transformational ones… 👉 TOSS. TOSS is your call to action. It’s the moment you invite the audience to do something with what they just felt and learned. Here’s the truth: Inspiration without action expires quickly. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. understood this deeply. He didn’t just inspire people with a dream, he called them to act. One of his most challenging statements was essentially a TOSS: “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” That question demanded movement, not applause. HOW TO TOSS EFFECTIVELY: A strong TOSS should be: ✔️ Clear (no confusion) ✔️ Specific (not vague) ✔️ Timely (right now, not someday) ✔️ Aligned with what you just taught Think of it this way: You’re not pushing people, you’re inviting them. 🎯 TODAY’S CHALLENGE, MAKE A PLAY: In the comments, write ONE strong TOSS connected to your message. Use this format: • Because of what you just learned… • I invite you to… (one clear action) • Starting when? (today, this week, right now) Examples: - “Today, I challenge you to start the conversation you’ve been avoiding.” - “Before this week ends, take one step toward the vision you wrote down.” Remember: Dr. King didn’t just share a dream. He tossed responsibility to the listener. That’s what great speakers do. Let’s honor the legacy today by not just speaking well, but calling people forward. ✈️🔥

🔥 CHALLENGE DAY: TOUCH YOUR AUDIENCE 🔥 Before you teach. Before you sell. Before you close. You must TOUCH. Let me remind you of the FLYTALK Framework we use when speaking: ✈️ Touch – A personal story that connects emotionally ✈️ Teach – Practical insight that brings clarity ✈️ Toss – A clear call to action ✈️ Top It Off – A memorable emotional close ✈️ Tip – A brandable takeaway as you exit Today’s focus is the TOUCH. Your TOUCH story is the moment that: • makes you human • builds trust fast • lets the audience say, “That’s me.” It’s not your whole life story. It’s one moment that shaped you, stretched you, or shifted your thinking. 🎯 TODAY’S CHALLENGE: In 3–5 sentences, share your TOUCH story in the comments. Use this simple structure if you need it: 1️⃣ What was happening? 2️⃣ What was the struggle, delay, or tension? 3️⃣ What did you learn or realize in that moment? Keep it real. Keep it short.
