Expansion 2026
I ain't even gon hold y'all...
Frustration has been knocking at my door and we're only 8 days into the new year...
Frustration about:
-Some aspects of my business
-Dietary changes for 21 days (if you know, you know)
-Retraining my thoughts
-Staying grounded emotionally
-The challenge of finding my rhythm and locking in for progress
The real is that expansion REQUIRES change...
and openness...
and grace...
and discipline...
and community...
and at times, rest.
But I'm learning to take a deep breath, be kind to myself, and remember why I started.
It's about legacy.
It's about making the most impact.
It's about EXPANSION.
