The Difference Between Surviving and Thriving
Be honest with yourself for a moment.
Do you wake up feeling tense and anxious?
Do you feel like you’re constantly “on,” even when nothing is wrong?
Do you move from task to task, responsibility to responsibility, but rarely feel present?
When we’re operating from survival, we move through life braced for impact, reacting to pressure instead of creating from purpose. We breathe shallow, make decisions from fear instead of love and we tell ourselves, “I’ll rest when…”
When your nervous system is stuck in survival: You overthink. You react instead of respond. You people-please. You struggle to trust. You feel disconnected from purpose.
Trust me, I know this all too well. I spent years operating from overwhelm and burnout. Forcing, controlling and efforting my way through life. It created so much turmoil internally and externally, in my health, finances, relationships and business.
It wasn't until I began creating and establishing a baseline of internal safety did my life turn around.
Safety is what allows you to:
  • Access clarity
  • Feel free while being grounded in your body
  • Build aligned relationships
  • Create from inspiration instead of pressure
  • Expand your impact without burning out
  • Receive abundance and prosperity
If you resonate with any of this, be sure to attend my FREE workshop tomorrow, Feb 22nd at 4pm EST / 1pm PST, 'Survival to Safety.' I'm going to be giving you the keys to experiencing true safety, first and foremost in yourself and then how that ripples into all aspects of your life.
Be sure to bring headphones, pen and paper.
