What is your body communicating to you?
As a somatic practitioner and guide, I’ve witnessed through countless of sessions how disconnected many of us have become from the language of our bodies. We live in a culture that rewards thinking, analyzing and intellectualizing. We’re taught to override exhaustion, suppress emotion and push through discomfort. Over time, we become so identified with the mind that we lose our ability to feel. Yet, the body is always communicating. Whether it's the tension in your shoulders, the tightness in your chest, the knot in your stomach, the fatigue you can’t seem to shake, the illness you've been dealing with, all of it is information that ultimately connects us back to an emotional and energetic imprint. Your body carries an intelligence that exists beneath conscious thought. It remembers what the mind has forgotten, reveals what you may be avoiding and often senses what is aligned long before you can explain it logically. This is why feeling is such an essential part of healing. When we allow ourselves to feel, we begin restoring communication with the deeper intelligence that lives within us. And breath is the foundation of this return. Your breath forms a bridge between the conscious and unconscious, the mind and body, the physical and emotional. It helps you move out of mental overactivity and into direct relationship with what is happening inside you. Through the breath, suppressed emotions can begin to surface. The nervous system can soften out survival and the body can release what it has been holding. As a result, you become present enough to hear the subtle signals that were once drowned out by the noise of the mind. I believe this is one of the great evolutionary journeys we are all here to make: the movement from living through the intelligence of the mind alone into the deeper intelligence of the heart and body. The mind remains an extraordinary tool, but it was never meant to lead us. When the mind becomes connected to the heart, rooted in the body and guided by what we genuinely feel, we begin making choices from a deeper place of coherence.

@Carol Groh Thanks...focusing on HSP lately
Stop waiting for change. Become the change.
Everyone says they want to change their life. But real transformation asks us to move beyond what’s safe, familiar and comfortable. The ego wants certainty. It wants the old patterns, the familiar environment, the predictable outcome. It may even convince us we want change while resisting the very investments, decisions and discomfort required to create it. You cannot build a new reality while remaining completely committed to the old one. My work is about crossing that threshold. And that threshold always begins within. BECOME THE CHANGE

Never try to be the change either, just be it!
Slowing Down in Fast Times
I’ve been feeling the fast energy of the fire horse lately and it’s taken even more conscious awareness to take those necessary pauses. Curious to know your thoughts on this ⬇️

The Eternal Song 🦋
Greetings family. Yesterday, I watched a film that moved my heart and soul. The documentary shared the profound wisdom and stories of Indigenous peoples, including their living relationship with the Earth, community, and the deep healing and repair they've had to endure from all of the ways they've been suppressed and oppressed. This strengthened something I've been feeling for a long time in that these voices and teachings deserve to be heard, honored, and shared more widely. I feel even more inspired to use this platform to welcome Indigenous leaders and wisdom keepers into conversation to listen, learn, and create space for them to share in their own voices. I’ll begin by inviting these leaders onto my podcast, and I’m deeply grateful for what may unfold from there. My hope is that these conversations will help us remember what modern life so often asks us to forget: our belonging to the Earth, to one another, and to the great web of life. WATCH THE FILM HERE

My story began in 1947, near the time of the Roswell incident. I learned and unlearned recently, being a victim. I am quite relieved to find ELT
