I’m Jo and really glad you’re here. 🥰 You can do this in under an hour 🌿 If you’ve been trying things to support your health but your results feel unclear, inconsistent, or frustrating… It may be because your body is responding — just not in the way you’ve been taught to recognise. That can feel confusing, especially when it seems like things work for everyone else. The following will help you understand why and what your next step should be. You can try this for yourself today and see how quickly and easily your results start to make sense. 🌿 What to do Step 1 — Discover your Feedback Type (5 mins) This is your Feedback Finder result —it shows how your body tends to respond — so you know what signals to look for, and when to expect them. Step 2 — Use the Body Feedback Journal (10–30 mins) Look back at something you’ve already tried - and see what was really happening By the end of this, you’ll know what to do next: continue, adjust, or move on — with more confidence Step 3 — Unlock your Relaxation Switch (bonus) This helps you see a common reason results don’t happen This unlocks when you join in on the posts(even just an emoji 👍) You’ll also start to see how others are experiencing this and realise you’re not the only one. You can try this for yourself today and start to see your results make more sense 🌿 Where to start Go to the Classroom tab above and begin with Step 1: Feedback Finder If you’re not sure at any point, just ask or join in on the posts as you go 🌿

About this space
Hi — I’m Jo 😊 I created this space because so many women find themselves trying the right things… but not seeing the results they expected. And over time, that can become confusing —and hard to know what to trust. 👉 This approach comes from many years working in natural health — and from my own experience of trying things that didn’t always work as expected This isn’t a place where you’re given one answer. It’s a space where you can begin to understand what your own body might be telling you. 🌿 How this space works You’re very welcome to take this at your own pace. Some people like to share what they notice others prefer to read quietly and reflect. 👉 both are completely fine here 🌿 A gentle note To keep this space supportive and comfortable for everyone: → no selling or promotions → no unsolicited messages 🌿 And from me I’m here inside the community too —sharing reflections, answering questions, and gently guiding where it’s helpful.
