Victim Mindset vs Opportunity Mindset
🧠 Example 1: Video Editing Learning (CapCut & Premiere Pro)Victim Mindset: Main video editing ki classes le rahi thi jahan humein CapCut aur Premiere Pro sikhaya ja raha tha. CapCut mobile par easily available hai aur use karna bhi asaan hai, is liye mujhe uske features ka pata tha. Lekin Premiere Pro mere liye bilkul naya tha, jo sirf laptop par chalta hai. Laptop arrange karna, software install karna aur naye features seekhna mujhe bohot mushkil lag raha tha. Is situation me mera victim mindset ye tha ke main Premiere Pro ko ignore kar doon aur sirf CapCut par focus karoonOpportunity Mindset: Opportunity mindset se main ne socha ke agar mujhe Premiere Pro seekhne ka moka mil raha hai to mujhe zaroor koshish karni chahiye. Main ne laptop arrange kiya, Premiere Pro install karna seekha, shuru me bohot difficulties aayi, lekin main ne give up nahi kiya. Dheere dheere practice karti rahi aur Alhamdulillah main ne Premiere Pro me apna given target complete kar liya aur us par kaam bhi kar liya🧠 Example 2: Baby ke sath Learning Manage Karna Victim Mindset: Mera victim mindset ye tha ke main married hoon aur baby bhi hai, is liye main apni learning journey continue nahi kar sakti. Baby ki wajah se time nahi milta, thakan hoti hai aur focus possible nahi lagta, is liye main ne seekhna delay kar diya. Opportunity Mindset: Opportunity mindset se main ne ye socha ke baby ke sone ke time, ya din ke chhote chhote moments me bhi main seekh sakti hoon. Main thora thora time nikaal kar daily practice karti hoon aur apni learning journey ko continue rakhti🧠 Example 3: Naya Skill Seekhne ka Darr Victim Mindset: Jab mujhe koi naya skill seekhne ka moka milta hai to mera victim mindset kehta hai ke “ye mushkil hai”, “mujh se nahi ho payega” ya “main slow hoon”, is wajah se main start hi nahi karOpportunity Mindset: Opportunity mindset se main ye sochti hoon ke har skill shuru me mushkil lagta hai, lekin practice se sab possible ho jata hai. Agar main start nahi karungi to kabhi improve nahi kar paungi, is liye main darr ke bawajood seekhna shuru karti hoon.
