⏰ Sleep Log - Sleep: Around 7:00 or 8:00 AM - Wake: 2:00 PM - Total Sleep: Around 6-7 hours 🎯 Goals 1-Week Goals - 20 Upwork projects → 7 done, 13 remaining - 3 dummy bids daily (21 total) - 1 hour daily client communication learning - Create a proper workspace - Fix sleep schedule - Read 10 pages daily + share lessons 2-Week Goals - Receive feedback on dummy bids and improve what's missing - Start sending 1 proposal daily on Upwork - Get approval for my dummy bids 1-Month Goals - Get my first client from Upwork - Secure $1000 worth of work before the end of 2025 - Start creating book summaries for community members 🕒 Time Log 2:00 PM to 5:50 PM Got up, got fresh, brushed, went to get a haircut, shower, Zuhr and Asr prayer, ate a fruit orange 🍊, spent time with family, got ready to go to the market with a friend to inquire about table pricing. Started fresh and energised. ✨💈🍊 5:50 PM to 9:00 PM Went to multiple markets to buy jackets and shoes for winter, bought 3 jackets, got home, and tried the jackets again. Productive shopping session. 🧥👟🛍️ 9:00 PM to 12:30 AM Slept. Body needed rest. 😴💤🛏️ 12:30 AM to 4:00 AM Lurking here and there, found fried chicken to eat (it was cold, fried it again), hopped onto a meeting with Haroon Bhai, wrote a script, recorded a video for their YouTube, and discussed my community building for the fitness niche. Late-night productive session. 🍗✍️🎥 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM Discussion with Haroon Bhai on text, exercise, walk in the room, didn't know where time went, and I also pulled a muscle in my left arm while doing pull-ups, and I'm really sad 😭 about it, then drifted to sleep. Frustrated and disappointed about the injury. 😔💔💪 💪 Workout Routine 🧗 Pull-ups (until injury) 🚶 Walking in the room. 🏆 Today's Wins - Got a fresh haircut - Bought 3 jackets for winter - Completed script writing with Haroon Bhai - Recorded a YouTube video - Discussed fitness community building plan 🙏 Prayer Log
