Went back to sleep afterward. 10:30 AM β Woke up again and took my time to freshen up. 11:00 AM β Breakfast β Slow breakfast, no rush, peaceful start. 11:30 AM β Reading Hour Read Chapter 5 of The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*** a much-needed perspective shift. 12:00 PM β 2:30 PM Continued my React course on Udemy. Felt good to be consistent. 2:30 PM β Lunch After lunch, checked skool updates, engaged in the community, scrolled a little on Instagram. Listened to Surah Rahman after lunch. Prayed Asr before getting ready for the gym. 4:30 PM β Leaving for the club Reached around Maghrib, prayed Maghrib, then started my workout. The workout felt amazing after so long, I genuinely enjoyed. After gym, I sat outside on the ground for about 20 minutes, cold wind, empty ground, and completed my book chapter. 6:45 PM β Reached home. Had tea with family and talked a bit. In between, listened to Surah Waqiah. Prepared dinner, and at 9 PM, we had dinner together. Talking about how everyoneβs day went felt warm and comforting. Later, around 10 PM, we had kahwa, itβs really cold, so it felt perfect. Before sleeping, I listened to Surah Mulk, and now Iβm calling it a night. β¨ Wins of the Day β Tahajjud + Fajr β Read my book β Continued my React course β Gym after a long time β Surah Rahman, Surah Waqiah & Surah Mulk β Quality time with family Reflection Some days, anxiety quietly comes back, mostly when youβre waiting for things to fall into place. Youβre doing your best, showing up daily, improving slowly, yet impatience knocks. Today had moments like that too. But instead of overthinking, I chose movement, prayer, reading, and presence. That counts. That matters. π― Intentions for Tomorrow π Tahajjud + Fajr π Continue the React course π§ Surah Mulk, Rahman, Waqiah & Zikr ππΌββοΈ Gym π¨βπ©βπ§ Quality time with family
