Date: 05 Dec 2025 Day: Friday AOA, This is my first journal, will try to incorporate all events passed today. Today is the monthly review session of my department with Management. Overall performance of all departments under my domain were good except the Logistic area because the actual cost of Nov was over spent vs Budget. Management had a reservation on it but my team justified it on the basis of detailed analytics that caused unfavorable variance. Working whether related to official or personal, if it’s done in planned manner, day to day data / actions log is maintained, data or actions are reviewed daily or by weekly basis then success factor is always high in professional or personal life because we keep knowing gaps during work chores and take proactive approach rather than reactive when there is no chance of immediate correction. I usually sleep by 12am and wake up by 6am. What data will I look up after a month or year? I wish to have better knowledge after a month in the field of Freelancing and Ecommerce than what i am having today. Reminders: - Performed 3 time prayers with Jamat and one is at home. - Review monthly direct material ordering tomorrow FMO December. - Spend tomorrow weekend with family as promised last Monday.  Day Start Section Perform Namaz and Quran in early morning. Have breakfast with Father and give him medicines as he is old and ill. Brain storming, execution and prioritization plan of daily office activities during driving from home to office. I had to go monthly home grocery but due to work load skipped this. Day Close Section Reached late from office by 8:30pm due to left office late. Had dinner with wife as all family members had taken dinner except wife. Spent a short time with father/ mother and children. Now finalizing my first journal of today. Key mistake was Asr prayer skipped. Taught Mathematics to my son as his exams is going on. Prayer Times: Fajr: 6:30am then recited Quran Pak. Zohar/Jumma: Reached masjid by 1:30pm, 2pm performed jumma prayer.
