It's a combine journal of 2 days. Date: 10 -11|December|2025 Day: Wednesday and Thursday One thing I want to remember: Effort needs consistency with hardwork. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Sleep time: 12:45→wed|1:00am→thursday Reminders: ● No one can waste my time except me. ● The way you do anything is the way you do everything. ● Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. ● Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. ● Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. Day Start Section Most Important 1-3 Tasks: Wed: Woke up at 6:20 am, prayed fajar, then started preparing my quiz, slept in between, woke up again at 9 am, then got ready, went university, took lectures and reached home at 1:15 pm Then got fresh, eat something, prayed, got ready for 1 hour invigilation duty in academy. Reached there at 3 pm. Then came back at 4:30pm, did some work, took a nap, woke up again at 6:47 pm, then prayed, made noodles and tea. Did some household chores, then prayed Isha, wrote daily journal, explore community, recite Quran and go to sleep. Thurs: Woke up at 8:45 am, made breakfast, pressed my clothes and got ready for university. Reached there at 9:11, got to know that lecture is cancelled 🙃. Spent time with friends, took other lectures, reached home at 12:45pm. Then got fresh, eat something, prayed, got ready for 1 hour invigilation duty in academy. Came back at 4:30pm, my aunt requested me go with her. I don't wanna go, but her appealing convinced me. Then 9:45 pm wapis ayi, then Namaz, kuch kam kiy, recite Quran, did some scrolling, and sleep. Wins of the Day: Consistency with journals Things to work on: In past 2 days, I didn't complete any work, so have to cope up it in these days.
