Sleep log: - Slept around at 1:15AM - Woke up at 7:30AM Day start section: - 7:30-8:00AM Made my bed, refreshed, and prayed Fajr Salah - 8:00-8:30AM academic studied - 8:30-9:20AM took a break for 10min then studied again - 9:20-9:40AM had breakfast - 9:40-11:30AM then sept again - 11:30-12:00PM then refreshed, consumed yt, insta, - 12:00-1:25PM then spend time on skool community, watched 3 videos (Control Your Desires, Control Your Life, then Brutally Honest Advice For Mental Toughness, then How to Hard Reset Your Life). These videos are great. - 1:25-2:00PM prayed Dhuhr Salah, then took a break - 2:00-3:00PM had lunch, then consumed YT - 3:00-4:15PM non-fiction, today I pick a new one (The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy) - 4:15-4:30PM prayed Asr Salah - 4:30-8:20PM I went outside for some reason with friends - 8:20-9:00PM refreshed, took a rest,9:00-10:00PMhad dinner, prayed Isha Salah10:00-11:30PMthen, I really don't know. consumed social media - 11:30-12:10PM Refreshed, then I made a to-do-ist for tomorrow & then writing this journal Now, I'm going to sleep Today's Important Tasks: - Pray Salah - academics (not finished yet.) - preparation for the next exam (not complete yet) - spend time with the skool community Prayer Times: - Fajr: Done (prayed qaza after waking up) - Dhuhr: Done - Asr: Done - Maghrib: Done - Isha: Done - Tahajjud: Missed What I didn't want to do today: Waste time unconsciously, overthinking, don't lose energy by doing unnecessary things!
