Hadith Sharif
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
“Every good deed of the son of Adam is multiplied, from ten times to seven hundred times. Allah says: ‘Except for fasting; it is for Me and I shall reward for it. He gives up his desire and his food for My sake.’”
Sahih al-Bukhari (1904), Sahih Muslim (1151)
Lesson:
Fasting holds a unique status in Islam because its reward is directly granted by Allah ﷻ. It is an act of sincerity, patience, and self-control, done purely for His pleasure. 🌙🤍
