Hadith Sharif
The Messenger of Allah ï·ș said:“Time has returned to its original state as it was the day Allah created the heavens and the earth. The year is twelve months, of which four are sacred: three consecutive months , Dhul-Qa‘dah, Dhul-Hijjah, and Muharram and Rajab of Mudar, which comes between Jumada and Shaban.” (Sahih al-Bukhari 4662, Sahih Muslim 1679) Explanation : This Hadith clearly establishes Rajab as one of the four sacred months chosen by Allah. Sacred months hold a special status in Islam: - Sins committed in them are more serious - Good deeds are more rewarding - ŰžÙ„Ù… (oppression) is especially forbidden It is important to note that no authentic Hadith proves that specific fasting, prayers, or celebrations are uniquely prescribed for Rajab. Its virtue lies in its sanctity, not in invented rituals.

Focus on making new business behaviors so small that they feel almost too easy to fail.
Business Advice from Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg: Focus on making new business behaviors so small that they feel almost too easy to fail. Explanation: BJ Fogg emphasizes that success in business doesn’t come from massive motivation or sudden transformation , it comes from tiny, consistent actions. Instead of telling your team to “innovate more” or “improve productivity,” break those goals into behaviors that take less than a minute. For example, instead of aiming to “improve customer relationships,” start with a tiny habit like sending one thoughtful follow-up message after a meeting. Instead of “building a data-driven culture,” begin with reviewing one key metric daily. In business, small habits reduce resistance, build momentum, and create confidence. Once a behavior becomes automatic, it naturally grows in size and impact. The real power lies not in intensity, but in consistency.

True leaders don’t create followers they create more leaders by empowering people to think, decide, and grow on their own
Quote: “True leaders don’t create followers they create more leaders by empowering people to think, decide, and grow on their own.” Explanation:This quote highlights that real leadership is not about control, authority, or having people depend on you. Instead, it’s about building capability and confidence in others. A true leader shares knowledge, trusts their team, and creates an environment where people feel safe to take responsibility and make decisions. When leaders focus only on gaining followers, progress slows because everything depends on one person. But when leaders develop other leaders, growth multiplies. Teams become stronger, more innovative, and more resilient because everyone feels ownership of the mission. Great leaders measure success not by how indispensable they are, but by how well their people perform even in their absence. They invest in mentoring, encourage independent thinking, and celebrate others’ wins. In the long run, this kind of leadership creates lasting impact not just results, but a legacy.

Hadith Sharif
The Prophet Muhammad ï·ș said: “No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that.”(Sahih al-Bukhari 5641, Sahih Muslim 2573) Brief Explanation:This Hadith teaches that every hardship a believer faces—no matter how small is meaningful in the sight of Allah. When a person shows Sabr, Allah uses those moments of pain to forgive sins and elevate their status. It reminds us that patience transforms suffering into spiritual reward, making trials a mercy rather than a punishment.
