Can not describe what I feel seeing solving others problems, hearing same questions everyday but responding with such Patience, understanding....
She's also learning... don't have THAT case studies But sincerity, learning daily, guides everyone to the best of her ability.
I joined her meeting about a month ago. She every few minutes asked for my opinion, and while she was speaking I kept telling her, “Aleeza, I’m listening… keep going, I’m just working because I have a deadline.”
And that’s exactly when I realized everything I’m writing here.
Now the ppl who are struggling still.... having basic questions it's okay.... Maybe our school systems are like this never taught us to think outside box.... I'd encourage everyone to still show up, explore.... What matters is the willingness that shouldn't die.
What phase you are in now, gathering, meetings. At least you are Not alone...
A feeling of I'm not only one... Eliminates loneliness....
