1. Who are you? Sarรฉ, 25 years old. 2. Whatโ€™s your main fitness goal right now? Training for my first half marathon at the end of the year. 3. Are you most interested in strength, fitness/functional training, endurance sports or hybrid training? Hybrid training. 4. What do you struggle with most when it comes to training, nutrition, or consistency? I am struggling to put in the effort to recover properly (stretching, foam rolling, mobility).

Are you most interested in strength, fitness/functional training, endurance sports or hybrid training? Fitness/functional training 4. What do you struggle with most when it comes to training, nutrition, or consistency? With nutrition the struggle is getting past 2weeks of good eating, I just don't get there. Training is having a goal and a program to get to the goal.... I get easily bored with strict programs and then I just mess around.

Are you most interested in strength, fitness/functional training, endurance sports or hybrid training? Endurance Sport/strength/fitness 4. What do you struggle with most when it comes to training, nutrition, or consistency? Finding time to go to a gym, due to my kids' busy schedules of sports and extracurricular activities.
