There are 3 paths: - Strength — if your goal is building muscle and getting stronger in the gym - Fitness / GPP — if you want to get fitter, leaner, and more conditioned - Hybrid — if you want to lift and run and be good at both Still unsure? Start with Fitness. It works for almost everyone and you can switch after your first 4 weeks once you know what you enjoy. 𝗗𝗼 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗴𝘆𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽? The Strength and Hybrid programs are gym-based and require access to barbells, dumbbells, and basic equipment. The Fitness / GPP program needs dumbbells, a kettlebell, a box, and a pull-up bar at minimum. The running programs require nothing but a pair of running shoes. 𝗜'𝗺 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 — 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲? Absolutely. Every program has beginner and intermediate options built in. You don't need any prior experience. You just need to show up.
