All right M Factor Insiders, here is your first test. If the idea of doing something you don't want to do is mildly repulsive, then you are at the right place.
I have several mottos in life my favorite one being " Lift Heavy Pet Dogs" but that doesn't apply here. "Get comfortable being uncomfortable" is the one I am looking for.

Don't worry about.
