This is the end of challenge one and I am also starting challenge 2 today. This month I am going to work on balance and running drills. My goal is 10 minutes picking a few exercises and working on them. I will also continue to do the wall sits, only because I think I am on to something with them and have more room to improve. The main goal with be balance and running exercises. There you go....anyone else?
@Valerie Ickes Have fun with it. Some days you will be able go deeper than others. Remember, you have the three stances, sumo, regular and narrow you can work. The Sumo with target the groin. the regular hits the whole leg and the narrow will work on the outside quad muscles. I don't care what stance or how low you go, otr how many sets it takes...just get to 5 minutes.
