Hi ladies!! After seeing the votes on my poll that I posted the other day, I decided to do a GLP1 Deep Dive for the next training.
Everyone that voted is either on one currently, or thinking about starting one.
So I want to do a training focused on what they are, the differences between each one, what they do in the body, the benefits outside of weight loss and also the important things that everyone should know before starting one or ending one.
I typically do these weekly trainings on Thursday afternoon but I’m going to move this one to tomorrow.
I will of course post the recording so you all can watch it later if you cannot make it LIVE!
