Habits Change
Life has changed. For many of you, it might be a challenge moving from a non-English-speaking country to an English-speaking country. Do not tell me you have a translator or installed a translation app on your smartphone. Back in 2010, there was no fancy technology. I have no choice, and must speak English by myself; I must eat properly by myself; I must look after myself. I have to do the housekeeping myself weekly. In terms of bathroom hygiene, I found that any moist items can worsen the bathroom environment and create a horrible smell. Therefore, I removed all wet stuff from the bathroom. As shown in the figure, I put oral stuff next to my working station. This allows the toothbrush to have enough time to dry out before brushing next time. I have also removed the soap. I am not saying this will completely eliminate the germs and bacteria. But at least, it will kill the most wet viruses. Now my bathroom looks empty, and empty means nothing, which is no germs and no bacteria. I have also learned to eat while staying in an English-speaking country. Many people don’t want to spend extra time daily to consume various fruits. But however, I spend extra time on those colourful fruits daily. Somewhere I have read the article, “Keep an apple a day, keep the doctor away.” I have also refilled with pear and orange. Pears have plenty of potassium, and oranges are rich in Vitamin C. I grew up with my mum and got told to eat as many fruits as possible. I learned to become a vegetarian or vegan as well while living in Oceania. I was not a vegetable lover before I went to WA. You could see the green leaves everywhere while studying at ECU. For instance, there is $2 for a bunch of green and purple lettuce in Woolworths and Coles. There are various green salads and white salads available over the counter at the cafe located in front of the music building. To be honest, I started to drink coffee from this cafe shop on our campus. Technically speaking, vegetables could provide multiple vitamins and nutrients to the body when we are not sleeping too much. Especially, our brains need vegetables to support while studying; studying will consume lots of energy from our brains. The vegetable will recharge our brains. Practically speaking, green salads and white salads are so delicious. Once you have tried it, you will get addicted.

PIRF Fresh Course
Hello everyone, it’s lovely to meet you all. I’m new to this platform; I’ve only just joined and I need your support. I’m at a level above beginner, and I’ve chosen the PIRF Fresh programme and paid the course fees. My question is: how long will it take me to complete the programme?
