So today’s phrasal verb is CATCH UP, a super common one in everyday English.

📚 1. to reach the same level / make up for lost time
Meaning: 👉make progress so you are no longer behind
Examples:
- I need to catch up on my work after the weekend.
- I need to catch up on sleep.
📌 Often used with catch up on + something
☕ 2. to talk with someone and share news
Meaning: 👉meet or talk to update each other
Examples:
- Let’s catch up over coffee this week.
- I called my friend to catch up after a long time.
