@Serge Gray thank you for sharing this. I totally agree. When I was in college, I used to walk for 15 minutes every morning to get on the bus. It used to help me feel energetic, positive, and fit. Unfortunately, I can’t walk in the mornings anymore, but I bought a treadmill, so maybe I can walk on it in the mornings.
