I learned a new word, “Voluntold”
Voluntold is a combination of “volunteer ” and “told”.
It describes a situation where someone is forced to take on extra responsibilities, even though they didn’t choose it 🙄.
Examples: my manager voluntold me to stay late and finish the report, even though I was tired.
My sister voluntold me to clean our room 😄.
