Have you ever been to a Brazilian Steakhouse?

Today I went out for lunch with my coworkers at a "churrascaria"...a Brazilian steakhouse 🇧🇷🥩

This is what a Brazilian steakhouse looks like in Brazil .

The idea is pretty simple: we have something called "rodízio". You pay a fixed price, and different cuts of meat are brought to your table nonstop. The waiters walk around with skewers, slicing the meat fresh onto your plate until you say you’re done (or can’t eat anymore 😄).

And the “salad bar”? It’s way more than salads. It’s basically a huge buffet with rice, pasta, cheeses, vegetables, hot dishes, and all kinds of food ...so everyone finds something they like.

Good food, good company, and that classic Brazilian way of eating slowly… until you don’t
