Wisdom of Today 34
We should admit the fact that we know nothing Humility

The first sign of wisdom is admitting you know nothing. The second is laughing about it.

@Khalil Ghacha Fair point. I mean..Laughter doesn’t replace the motive to learn... it actually protects it. When we laugh at our ignorance, ego steps aside and then curiosity can take the lead. I don't think we should take ourselves too seriously while staying motivated to learn.
Dad Joke Challenge - 01/20/2026
Let's go..Here’s a spooky dad joke Lol - Why is it so cheap to throw a party at a haunted house? Because the ghosts bring all the boos.

Dad Joke explanation - 01/19/2026
The Joke: I asked the librarian if the library had books on paranoia. She whispered, “They’re right behind you.” The joke plays with paranoia, which is the fear that someone is watching or following you. The person asks the librarian for books about paranoia. When she whispers, “They’re right behind you,” she is technically referring to the books, which would be shelved behind him. But the way she says it — whispering — makes it sound like “they” are people, triggering a paranoid reaction. Why it’s funny? - The answer is literally correct (the books are behind him). - The delivery is intentionally creepy. - It creates a double meaning: books vs. people. So the humor comes from the misleading tone, not the words themselves.

Tongue Twister Monday
Hey you beautiful people! Did ya miss me? Lol Today is Tongue-Twister Monday 😄 And today’s challenge is all about R sounds. Yep… it’s gonna be RRRRRough. LOL This is not a common tongue twister. It’s a long, natural sentence, and it includes many different kinds of R sounds — great for practice. Hmm..I tried to speed it up, and you can do the same, but I think it’s better to focus on producing the sound perfectly, just like @Shane Peterson taught us. Off we go: “Roy ran rapidly around the rocky riverbank, racing to reach the rusted red truck drifting by the road.” Remember: - This one isn’t about speed — though you can speed it up if you want. - Try to say it at a comfortable pace and focus on being clean and accurate. Your mission: Record yourself and drop it in the comments Good luck, soldiers!

@Shane Peterson As far as I know, Nowhere. The tip of your tongue is raised, but it stays "floating" in the air

@Shane Peterson Haha Idk if "floating" would be the best word choice but that's what I came up with 😄
