Day 3… and if you’re just joining, you’re right on time. We’re not behind. We move when we move. And for those who started on Day 1 and Day 2… don’t quit doing them. We’re building rhythm, not starting over every day. Here’s how you lock in today: Day 1 – Reset Your Body Drink your water. One clean meal. Day 2 – Clean Your Input No junk food. No draining content. Protect your mind. Day 3 – Move Your Body 15–20 minutes. Walk. Stretch. Move. No overthinking. This is not about doing everything perfectly. This is about showing up and staying consistent.
