Day 3… and if you’re just joining, you’re right on time.
We’re not behind. We move when we move.
And for those who started on Day 1 and Day 2…
don’t quit doing them.
We’re building rhythm, not starting over every day.
Here’s how you lock in today:
Day 1 – Reset Your Body
Drink your water.
One clean meal.
Day 2 – Clean Your Input
No junk food.
No draining content.
Protect your mind.
Day 3 – Move Your Body
15–20 minutes.
Walk. Stretch. Move.
No overthinking.
This is not about doing everything perfectly.
This is about showing up and staying consistent.
Before the day ends, say this out loud:
“I stay consistent. I follow through.”
