Grateful...
Not sure if you remember the deal where the seller passed away without a will. Well, the lawyers found it yesterday. Suddenly, everything changed for good. My clients are taking possession tomorrow, and the official closing will be in a month. I’m really happy about how it all turned out! On top of that, I learned so much throughout this process...
