The market does not determine our production. The market does, however, determine what we need to do differently to reach our goals. Never blame our production on the market. Instead, we need to look inside ourselves and ask what our activity has been based on, and what the market is telling us to do to reach those goals. We either increase our marketing and prospecting activities to match a slower market, or we adjust our goal downward. Everything is within our power to change. We take full responsibility for our own production and blame nothing outside of us.
