“We wanna wait until the market gets better” “The market will keep doing down” “What if we lose our job” “Interest rates will go up/down, we’re waiting” “We’re putting things on the backburner” These are all objections from someone who is unmotivated, but as agents we think that having a slick objection handler will get us the sale sooner. Yes, sometimes we might be able to, but most times they were going to wait no matter how good we are with our closing sequence or objection handler. Instead, ask more questions about what’s important to them in the move and whether they have a specific time frame they’d like to keep. Have them tell us why they want to do it instead of us having to convince them. When we find out there really is no urgency in their move, we need to spend our energy and time with the next person who really needs our help now. We’ll continue to follow up with value and nurture the first prospect until they’re ready, but our focus should be on serving those ready today. If we keep chasing the same people, it tells us we’re not talking to enough people daily and we’re becoming frustrated because our paycheques are too few and far between. #RealEstateGrind #followup #ProspectingWins #nurturewithvalue #TOP Ad suggestions format List More Close More
