Personalization Lines

Hey Listkit Fam!

My question specifically has to do with how to create the personalization lines for each lead AT MASS.

In the list export I got, it didn’t come with the Job Titles & industry name. (Which I know the ListKit team is working hard on adding those features in the future)

The cold email outreach sequence I’m doing for a client is targeting multiple industries at the same time. From trucking/transportation to music/entertainment to coaching/training to food/beverage, etc. So I had to get creative with how I do the personalization lines for each lead since it lacked those key features in the export.

Plus I like what Christian suggested of starting off with lines like "Noticed you're a key player in Client Ascension's marketing efforts" &"Noticed you're a key decision maker at ListKit.” however I can’t do that since there are multiple decision makers in my lead list like CEO’s, Founders, CMO’s, etc.

So I had to do a hybrid of a generic/customized personalization line. I created 3 different “fill-in-the-blanks” templates I can use and then from there, I can just fill it in to make it customized to that prospect. Here’s what I came up with:
