Question
I was just about to purchase another lead list but then I noticed I didn't see the "Exclude Company Filter." Has that been recently removed? And if I wanted to exclude companies would I just use the exclude keywork function?

Re: Creating a winning lead magnet
Hey Andre, Love this email you posted a couple of days ago. I'm running 2 cold email outreach sequences for some clients. One of them is a leadership/executive coach. And the other helps entrepreneurs, high-ticket coaches & influencers monetize and grow their podcast. For the podcast agency client, I'm thinking of testing out as a lead magnet a FREE 30 minute podcast audit where my client can show them how much money their leaving off the table OR loosing with their podcast (We can position this as a $250 value or something so that they see the value in this before replying to the email) - Whatcha think of that? For the executive coaching/leadership coaching client of mine, that's a bit of a struggle. He does have a free ebook but who the fuck has the time to read through a book LOL?! In that case, what would you recommend for this?

@Andre Haykal Jr Thanks brother!
How The HECK Do You...
What's up everybody! I’m running a cold email outreach sequence for a client who’s a leadership coach. His clientele are 8-figure organizations who are stuck in the growth stage, where he/she is counting on newly hired VPs to take the company to the next level. The problem typically is that the CEO/founder is not letting go, and keeping their people from thriving. My client does this by providing individual coaching, education, and skills enhancement through his personalized courses and workshops. I’m running a 7-part email sequence. Each email will go out every 5 days. The goal of the email sequence is to get the lead to respond and then book a call with my client’s sales team where from there they will sell that lead on my client’s personalized online workshops. I’m starting with 1000 leads and this will ONLY be targeting Human Resources Directors in those companies. Now that you have a clear idea about who my client is and what he does, here’s my MILLION-DOLLAR QUESTION. How the HECK do you sell "leadership coaching" in a cold email Outreach sequence? Because the topic leadership coaching in itself is boring & mundane and definitely won't sell in a cold email sequence. So I'm aware that I need to come up with a really PERSUASIVE and ENTICING hook/angle/value proposition to get the lead to STOP what they're doing and respond to the email. BUT I'm really stuck on HOW to sell it in a cold email Outreach sequence. So, what would you do in my place? How would you sell it? Before I leave, let me tell fill you in on the typical pain points/demographics for a Human Resources Director: - Their main KPI is recruiting and keeping people - Talent Acquisition & Retention - How employee development will keep your organization thriving & expanding - A LOT of different people throughout the organization/company are coming to them complaining to them - They don’t think as much about collaboration in organizations - HR people worry about employee turnover. They want to limit turnover as much as possible since that’s their KPI - Employee development is the most important element to them that'll win them a "Best Place To Work" aware

@Daniel Bell My campaign is still running at the moment. I've had a few replies but none have booked a call yet
No Shows Are Becoming a...
Is it just me OR has so many of you been experiencing issues with leads NOT showing up to booked calls? It's so frustrating especially since I pride myself on NEVER being a no-shower LOL. If any of you are currently dealing with this, what have you done to decrease no-shows to calls?

@Guilherme Pinto - you obviously do need to be sending out reminders after somone books a call, so you defintily need that!
A/B testing cold email copy
I want to talk about how to properly A/B test your cold email copy. A/B testing is not as simple as throwing in a few different subject lines and calling it a day. To really test different angles, you need to go broad. Here's what I typically do: For email 1, I test 4 angles. An A/B/C/D test. In email 1A, I try a one sentence cold email. Something like, "Hi Andre, Noticed you're the CEO at ListKit. Curious, if we can add 10 ListKit demos to your calendar each month would you be interested in learning how?" Then, for email 1B, I test a direct offer with a case study. "Hi Andre, Saw you're the CEO of ListKit so I'll get right to it: We can add 10 ListKit demos to your calendar each month, guaranteed - and if you don't get at least 10 demos we'll refund you. ClickUp recently generated $5k in MRR from the calls we booked for them. Open to learning how you can do the same?" Then 1C, a video pitch. Hi Andre, Came across ListKit's website looking for new data tools, impressed by your product. I had a few ideas that can add 10 ListKit demos to your calendar each month, mind if I share a video explaining further? And 1D... A wildcard. Just to test something out of the box. "Hi Andre, This is a cold email that can help your business. I can add 10 demos to your calendar each month, 100% on performance. Interested?" THEN, once you let these angles run for ~1k prospects each, you can make a decision on what's working. Let's say email 1A gets you the majority of your positive replies. Then you can go granular with your A/B testing. Instead of testing the entire angle, test minor details... "Curious, if we can add 10 ListKit demos to your calendar each month would you be interested in learning how?" "Are you looking for more demos on your calendar?" "Are you looking for a lead gen agency to add demos to your calendar?" You've identified a winner. NOW test the small details. Most people do this BEFORE they get any feedback from their cold email campaigns...

@Christian Bonnier @Andre Haykal Jr - What are your thoughts about driving people to an evergreen webinar from a cold email outreach campaign on top of also driving them to the typical book a call? Do you think this would bomb and thus not something done with a cold email outreach campaign OR is it worth testing? This is for my client who's a leadership/executive coach and I was actually against doing a webinar but I'm curious to test it out and see how it performs. The webinar is about the importance of continued education/professional development. At the end of the webinar, my client will pitch the attendees to one of his paid online leadership coaching workshops.
