I've decided to invite you all to a meeting on Friday, April 4th to do an internal retrospective for us as managers, and I am calling it an "Introspective". I will try to facilitate it in such a way that you should walk out of that meeting with clarity on where to grow as a manager or leader next.
We often have a lot on our plates, and even when we host/facilitate retrospectives, they are typically for the team and not for us. Annual performance review is rather useless in my opinion, and does not lead to any growth, so I want to experiment with a new format and see if it will be useful.
