Yesterday I woke up and did 30Day Booty Boost Glute Strength in the humidity, wow! Second workout was after the fundraiser at the brewery and spent an hour at the pool with Wesley!! 🥰
It’s a rest day from official workouts today but I did manage to transplant a few plants this morning in the garden before it warmed up and the F1 race started. Had brunch (NOT healthy 😆) for lunch but have my meals on point the rest of today and planning to enjoy a Shirley Temple Poppi outside for a little “fun”!! Even though I’m off for the summer I act like Mondays are just as important and I’m excited to have more time to do some things that have been neglected lately… and plenty of quality fuel now that I have extra time to plan and prep, too!
