Upper body + 10 min core (from 10 min muscle)
we finally got a good night of restful sleep here & even though Wesley was up at 5 he allowed Glenn to lay with him.
I got my full workout in and could add core and some steps in today which has me starting my day feeling strong, more in control, and empowered!
The back moves I could really feel today which is an area where I’m focused on getting stronger and more defined so I’m taking that as a my win for the day!
Just realized it’s Wednesday and not Tuesday, too! 🥰
