Upper 2-week 4
Working my way back through the uppers, lowers and total bodies I didn’t get to through the first 8 weeks. This should give me enough workouts to finish up the month of March!
I tacked on a 5 min core workout, walked for about 10 mins, and I actually just carried a case of water from one building to my car then my car inside another building for work and that was honestly ROUGH.
My period is making me feel weak right now plus I’m tired from the time change. But I DID it!
It feels good to be able to do things that require strength — even when you’re not able to give 100%!!! 💪🏼
