Between hormones (period coming) and a few wake ups last night I am not at 100% energy today. I definitely felt the fatigue faster and that also probably has to do with me doing 2 uppers too close to each other, too. I planned my mobility and flexibility and a walk for tomorrow, Spin Friday and Lower Body on Saturday.
Also just have to celebrate that yesterday I got over 8500 STEPS!!!!!!!! I ended up walking a lot at work in the afternoon -- just laps around the building while checking my phone or doing Duolingo while there was no staff there because we had a remote learning day for kids. I also had to do laundry and just a bunch of other chores at home so it all added up quickly. That's definitely a high number for a work day for me, especially since I was in a 3 hour virtual class teaching!! I'm so proud of that. :)
