I was very sore and tight still when I started my workout, then lifted too heavy — tweaked my back a bit but it seems to have settled down now. Just going to continue to be careful and not rush or lift too heavy - a good reminder!
I really wanted to focus on QUADS today so I was squeezing like crazy. Combination strength is a quick and powerful workout so I also got in 15 mins on the walking pad and an outdoor walk since it’s nice enough here today again (finally)!!
