30 day booty boost! Well it’s my day 1 - upper, because my legs are so very sore from running that using them today would not have been good. I really liked the set up of the workout and the volume is definitely there (45 reps of everything and we lifted heavy!), finished with a core set as well.
I like this set up so far even though I’ve only tried two workouts and I’m looking forward to repeating workouts a couple times to really work on progressive overload. May even do two rounds of this for that reason. Shooting to finish in 6 weeks for round 1 so I can still spin!
