I decided to start the day with some simple stretching. Of course I had to get a head cold this week so any more than that just seemed too much. I wanted to workout the 2 previous days but I decided to listen to my body and rest.
I am struggle with motivation lately and I think it it because I am not enjoying my workouts. I was doing track Pilates but it just didn't enjoyable to me. What is everyone else doing lately?
