Omg, guys!!! Didn’t sleep well last night but still crushed this workout! I’m so proud — 50 lb glute bridges (2x2 tempo!!) x 28 reps!!!!! (Not all in a row but for that second ladder half! And that was at the end of the workout 🤯
Tomorrow is my mobility and flexibility and thank goodness cause I’ll need to rest a bit and stretch it all out. Looking forward to it!
