One of my goals for this year is to lower my LDL cholesterol and one of the small habits that supports that is oats most mornings, so I'm having banana baked oatmeal with cherries and leftover jalapeno bratwurst. I also picked up the single serve microwave packets (unflavored) for this week in case I want to switch things up.
I still need to make my egg white bites before I head to Raleigh this afternoon, but I'm feeling prepared and ready to tackle the second half of January!
