Definitely soooo sore from two full body back to back days. My back and triceps especially.
Tomorrow I have spin so I knew I needed to give myself today a rest from the weights.
This 15 min bonus recovery from sure thing super block was perfect. Did a 15 min walk to get some step action after. Trying to keep myself moving at work today — I am tiredddddd lately!
