Mobility and Week 5 Day 1
Yesterday I did my mobility and Flexibility before taking Caitlynn to a doctor's appointment.
Today was lower body after a quick morning work call. Joel introduced the ladder, that meant a whole extra minute of each exercise. Not sure I have enough weights to do them. I had to pause to adjust my adjustable weights. My weights also decided to jam on me so that was interesting.
