March Goals
I have 2 goals for this month:
1) 100+ oz of water per day
2) 8,000 steps per day
Last month I really focused on getting 80-100 g of protein per day. I succeeded 24/28 days (the days I found it hardest was when I was traveling for work). Going to continue with that habit while adding in these new goals.
