Week 2 - I missed my 10k steps on Thursday but I hit 12k yesterday so I feel good about trying my hardest with what I had.
Today I’m around 5200 at 1pm so I still have work to do and am going to do my best! I did a 20 min walk on my pad downstairs and I don’t want to have to do one later so my goal is to walk as much as I can at my friends’ kids bday party soon! Also planning to do my best with food options there and having dinner at home. Only one alcoholic bev today. The rest mocktails!
