LIIFT week chest / back (& core)
Wow that was definitely fast paced but high volume & a decent length workout! Longer than I’m used to. I feel good pushing heavier weights for it though and really focusing on form and feeling the muscle I’m working. Also holy core BURN @ the end 💥🙌🏼
