Hi
I'm a 46 mother of two boys (22 and 25, living at home after college) and have two dogs and a bunny. I've been divorced for over a year. Luckily, I am in a good relationship now. I am a counselor.
My goals are to lose weight, exercise more, and just to be healthier overall.
I already track all my food on my fitness pal, have a fitbit and exercise a few times a week.
