7,000-8,000 steps - daily minimum 815 p in bed no tv Winddown activity - nervous system reset ( sauna, bath or red lite) Pm journal - let it out

I love the bath as a relaxing activity. I can literally be in there for 2-3 hours. My boyfriend says that I must be a mermaid, lol. Water has always just been soothing for me.
March goals
Goals for this month Keep lifting and riding the peloton 3-4 times a week. Get more mobility and stretching done. This one’s hard for me. I have hyper mobility and tend to over stretch. I stretch till I feel it then push past that. I blame my years of dance training for that mindset For food goals I want to start finding what works and doesn’t work for my working out routine but also supports my endometriosis

I can relate to having hypermobility also (and being an ex dancer). Some days though I am incredibly stiff (for me) and have to stretch 10-15 minutes or more just to feel like my normal self.

March goals Work under 50 hours a week Walk 5500 steps a day Drink 100oz of water daily

Wow 100 oz a day! That's amazing! If I drink 36 oz a day that is an accomplishment for me. I have water with me all the time. I'm just not a drinker.
Goals for this month
1. At least 5000 steps at day (even if I have to just walk in circles at home) 2. Exercise or stretch for at least 15 minutes every day. 3. No more than 2 Starbucks Matcha Frappuccino drinks per week 4. Continue to track all food on my fitness pal app

Well, it's not even March 1st but all goals met for the day. And I did need to do some circles in my house because all day I barely moved at work.

I'm a 46 mother of two boys (22 and 25, living at home after college) and have two dogs and a bunny. I've been divorced for over a year. Luckily, I am in a good relationship now. I am a counselor. My goals are to lose weight, exercise more, and just to be healthier overall. I already track all my food on my fitness pal, have a fitbit and exercise a few times a week.
